Andrew is STAT's Europe correspondent, based in London. Before moving to the U.K. in 2023, he worked as a general assignment reporter in STAT's Boston headquarters, starting with its launch in 2015. He was part of the STAT team that was named a Pulitzer Prize finalist for early coverage of the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to STAT, Andrew worked at the San Antonio Express-News and San Francisco Chronicle. He graduated from Dartmouth College and has covered everything from crime to health policy.
